My partner is due to shop around for new car insurance quotes in the next 2 weeks, she had a non fault accident in my car (someone ran into her from behind, she was named driver on my policy). Does she declare this on her quotes? Wasnt sure if it wouldnt show up for her name, as it was on my policy - then cause an error in the quoting

Unfortunately you both need to declare it, for the next 5 or so years.1

Just take her off your policy and then you won't need to declare it1

Some only want to know if there have been any claims or incidents involving the applicant but others ask if there have been any previous claims or incidents involving the policyholder or anyone else that was included in a policy held by the applicant.1 -
Thanks all, managed to log on to the comparison sites and it had already stored the record of her accident from last year, so its already there. (I was worried i wouldnt be able to remember the date, and total amount claimed etc)
Thanks again all0
