still no refund for my Easter flights from Emirates via e-sky. What options do I have?

Has anyone else had this huge delay on getting a refund? How can I get my money back? Thanks

If you search for reviews you will find everyone has the same problem, they are collecting the refunds and not passing them on! It might have helped if you booked with a company that wasn't based in Poland, but too late to do anything now. Emirates were slow at the start in refunding but I believe they are now one of the better ones, try calling them and asking if your ticket has been refunded yet? If it has, go back to esky and demand your money, and remember to do more checks before booking next time

Did you pay by card? Assuming the flight was cancelled and you've already given e-sky a chance to resolve it, speak to your card provider regarding a chargeback or S75 claim (you may be running out of time for a chargeback).
