Personal Injury - No Win No Fee Solicitors
Options

Humerous
I was walking to the beach (UK) and moved aside to allow someone to socially distance and fell down a large pot hole in the tarmac pavement. I ended up with a broken humerus and have a further six weeks at least of pain trussed up like a turkey. The pot hole is 6 inches wide, almost 2 foot long and three inches deep and is very close to the fence that broke my fall. I can't seem to find a solicitor, other than a no fee no win solicitor to advise me as to the best course of action. Somewhat concerned about using a NWNF company as they can't seem to tell me how much money they will retain. We have loads of photos with a measure showing the extent of the damage on the pavement and having filled in a generic form on the County's website the engineer has now been out and put white markings where I fell. (The pavement foundations are giving way below the pot hole). I appreciate that Councils are short of money, but this really isn't a minor injury, I will be out of action for around 4 months, so would appreciate any advice how to proceed with a claim.

Maybe asking for recommendations for opticians would be more appropriate.0
