I often use a tesco atm which is close to where i live but ive noticed when i go into my overdraft the atm will not let me withdraw cash unless i go to a halifax atm which will. Do halifax have to approve withdrawals and thats why i cant use any other atm.

All transactions have to be approved. It's normal banking practise.ssdkck said:I often use a tesco atm which is close to where i live but ive noticed when i go into my overdraft the atm will not let me withdraw cash unless i go to a halifax atm which will. We take it this is a approved overdraft & you are not exceeding the limits?
Have you asked Halifax about the issue?Life in the slow lane0
