What did the airline day when you asked them for a refund?

Tried that  number first off but then the person at HSBC on live chat said to call the number above . But seen as they told me they could call me then couldn't I dont hold out they know left from right either.

Made a complaint to the airline and they said the ticket was exchanged correctly and it was an error at the airport. They did there bit so they did not want to know. Absolutely crazy situation which i never wish to repeat, in my claim i submitted details of the Rep at the airport that helped us and who could not get through to her own people on the phone that it was a ticketing error on their part. She even did a statement for us which should help.

I wrote a complaint letter today and said If I dont hear back it will have to go to the ombudsman, not that HSBC care either way.
