On the beach sent me an email to claim my refund. However, there is no access to this on the my bookings section. Can anybody help me ?

Wasn't hard to understand.
They sent an email saying that under my booking section there should be something to click to refund.1 -
there was nothing on the "my booking section" about my refund even though in the email it said there was.0
