Storm Watchs

I have the pleasure of owning a fab Storm watch for a couple of years that has domed glass (like most of their watchs) on the front. Unfortunately the battery is flat and went to take it to be replaced at my local jeweller as it said they are watch specialists.
Lady took one look at it and said it cann't be put in the watch press to get the back off due to the front glass being domed. She's suggested Debanhams in Broad Mead Bristol so sent MOH over their today. I also popped into some Storm Watch stockists whilst I was out and asked where I could get replacement batteries. They didn't have a clue.
I'm not having a go at the jeweller, but I am peeved that Storm Watch stockists haven't got a clue about how you're supposed to change batteries in the (expensive) fancy watches they want you to buy.
I'm hoping Debenhams can help. Has anyone else managed to find anywhere that can replace batteries? I've emailed Storm's website in the hope of finding further enlightenment.

I've had a storm watch for coming up to 5 years now which i bought from The Watch Hospital at meadowhall. 2 years ago when the battery went flat i went back there and was advised they could replace the battery for £10 (i think - i've slept since then) or do a complete check over at the same time (ie replace the back seal, clean the back out etc) for about £15. I chose the cheaper option - though when i got the watch back i'm pretty certain it had been cleaned anyway. I've never had a problem before or since other than the battery running out and they were fantastic with a thorough knowledge of the product they were selling.First name Mister
