I have a theory that if it is £3  then one purchase must be cash related in some form.Let's hope the OP comes back to clarify.

OP may not have been eligible for the advertised rate etc. and agreed to it anyway without checking what was actually being offered.

And so could the O/P look up what he signed for all by himself in privacy.

Indeed he could - probably that what he has done,because to date after one post, he came back later to have a look, but has not posted anymore. Come to your own conclusion.

Hi, sorry, first time posting on here yesterday and had to sign in again to see if there were any replies (don't have a notification set for it)
Firstly, thank you for the replies on this, it is much appreciated. 
I use the card for balance transfers, but there was a small amount left over from the previous transfer which had come to an end! Sorry, schoolboy error on my part!! I really appreciate all who have posted...many thanks
