Unfortunately Link Financial have put a judgement on my account two months ago payments are being made to clear the debt at the moment.
On receiving a statement of account, I have noticed that they are charging interest each month they have also added an additional charge of £410 which states for a Recoverable Charge cheque requested for a HMCTS which I think is a charge on my house haven't got a clue what this is. The account was for an unsecured Lloyds credit card. Can they do this as I have never heard of this before? So each month after a judgement has been made interest is being charged Any Advice greatly appreciated.
