iTunes paid Headspace £74.99 of my money through PayPal-- without my knowledge -- can I get it back?

Bought the Headspace app -- it's to help you meditate. Didn't like it much so stopped using it. Didn't realise it was on an automatic subscription, and the reminder emails went into my junk mail, so I have missed the opportunity to cancel it Does anyone know how to reclaim that subscription or whether it's even possible? And a warning: that subscription is painfully expensive so beware. It undoes any calming effect from meditation.
UPDATE: Yes you can get your money back through Apple if you appeal. But check your subscriptions to make sure you don't have anything that automatically renews that you might not wish to renew: Settings>Name>Subscriptions
