Partnership Card dispute delays

We have had most of our holiday bookings refunded. The exception is flights with TAP Portugal.
As TAP weren't refunding I filed a dispute with Partnership Card (John Lewis Financial Services) on 19th May. I've messaged them a few times asking for progress, but I always get a generic "we can't give you a time scale" response. Is anyone else seeing this sort of delay in resolving claims? I understand that there are probably a lot of claims, but 2 months of silence seems excessive.

When were the flights due to take off?
Did you cancel or did the airline?0 -
8 weeks is par for the course.
John Lewis will use HSBC teams in the background. As well as M&S, First Direct. So that is a massive amount of cases.Life in the slow lane1 -
The flights were end of May and we waited until TAP cancelled the flights.jonesMUFCforever said:When were the flights due to take off?
