Hi everyone come to the end of lva now it could be releasing equity or a loan or another 12 month. But does anyone no what sort of apr you would be looking at for a loan

    I would not borrow again if i were you, having come as far as you have.
    I know its a new angle the IP`s are suggesting to end your arrangement, i`d go for the further 12 months of payments.
    Any loan is likely to be from one of their "prefered partners" that specialise in these type of loans.

    Looking for some advice. Aperture are asking for a property valuation to do on line and also get to mortgage quotes does this mean apply for a mortgage and how much would I apply for not sure what to do aperture say there not taking phone calls
