Kiwi.com self service refund

I booked the cheapest flight to Malta I could find on kiwi.com which, in hindsight was not the best idea, the website gave me a mix of flights with Ryanair and easyJet to get there and back. My easyJet flight back was cancelled on me due to coronavirus so I would like to refund as much as possible from everything instead of booking another flight. Right now I would like to only refund the easyJet flight and wait and hope that Ryanair cancel on me so I can get a full refund from them, which would best be done if I could use the new self refund kiwi is offering. However, it says that they are not able to give me the credentials of my flight due to "certain carrier booking restrictions". I am not able to call or email them for help because I bought the basic service package and so my only obvious options are to either ask for a full free assisted refund of the whole trip which means they contact the airlines on my behalf and try get a refund which will no doubt end in me just getting a voucher, or for me to spend £8.99 on upgrading my package and getting in touch with them to try get the details of my booking. I'm interested to know if anyone else has had this problem and if they know of any ways I can get my flight details so I can get the best refund.
