is there any other way to get through to easy jet other than there number? I’ve heard the whole playlist hours on the phone. I’m trying to get a refund. 😶

Assuming this relates to flights they cancelled, have you tried submitting a refund claim online?

They didn’t cancel the flights. But they did change the flight times, 12hrs from original time. Cancelled all allocated seating and the reference number is different. So I would say yes they did cancel but easy jet are trying to pull a fast one. 4 hrs today on hold in total and got nowhere.0
