RyanAir Missing Refund

Hi all,
I finally had an email on 28/7 from RyanAir saying my refund had been processed for cancelled flights and would be put onto the account within 5-7 working days. The £24 seating preference payment was received immediately; the cost of the flights themselves remains missing.  I've contacted my bank who have no record or evidence of any incoming payment or issues. Have been waiting for 5+ hours to date on the useless RyanAir live chat already with no sign of life. Anyone else had a similar experience?

I had return flights booked for 2 people .The return dates were 20/5 .still received no refund .I requested refund from the start .Managed to eventually get on chat today and was told they will do it when they can! it even says on the page i was using that it will take 3 weeks(this does not say when the 3 weeks begins though).When i asked about how long the refunds take, was told as fast as they can. today is 12/8/20

After 4 months i have finally got my refund on my Ryanair flight. After Ryainair made me reapply for the refund 3 times. I did a section 75 with them and they managed to obtain the refund yesterday. Thanks Martin for original info on section 75 which I did't know about.

I had flights in early July cancelled in May. Applied for a refund and heard nothing until today when I received an email offering a voucher or to contact them again about cash refund. In June I completed a complaint form online and got my bank to complete a chargeback request. Any advice?

I am still waiting too , should have flown Easter sunday. Love holidays refunded our accomodation and transfer, they said that they are in touch with Ryanair to secure a refund, then they will send it to us.
