Hi,
My utility point contract is ending soon and in their portal it says that I will be moved onto their Emerald tariff when it ends. Only thing is the link goes to a tariff page with no tariffs.
https://portal.utilitypoint.co.uk/TariffInformation.aspx?tariffId=453&sqid=&twoRate=False&regionId=10&renewal=true
Obviously they don't test their links and I guess I'm the I'm the only one of their customers who has ever bothered to look.
Does anyone know what the Emerald tariff is? Or may be I should just move on from this shower.

It's a generic name for a Standard Variable Tariff.  Seldom the cheapest !

No doubt. But they should still tell me what the tariff it is.

TBH The only issue we have had is getting some money back when we changed tariffs and that was eventually repaid when I went via Resolver the complaint system.  We only have gas.

Resolver announced the other week on twitter, U.P number 1 for customer service, was like a reward/gold star for failings
