Ryanair

Hi, wonder if anyone can help. Was due to travel to Italy in July, flight was cancelled by Ryanair and was invited to apply for a refund. I did this. After waiting months I hadn't received anything so telephoned them. Since booking I have changed my bank account, they told me they will only refund to the source of payment, I explained that sine I've moved bank accounts and the account at the time of booking is CLOSED. On my Ryanair account for future bookings has my current bank account details so can't see why they can't refund it to there. HELP....

have you spoken to the bank to ask what will happen if a refund is sent there? (it is normal for refunds to go back to the original form of payment)0
