Crazy by phone work assessment

Maybe a vent but just confused and don't know what to think, had a phone call about a phone work assessment, I phoned back DWP a week later who had no record of the assessment and told me to ignore but the number matched up with what they had, when the assessment came round I answered all the questions and a week later got a letter stating they need a face to face assessment but they currently aren't doing them so I will hear in future, but don't worry my benefits wont be affected.
I am a anxiety sufferer so its a bit messing with my head.

Not worth thinking or worrying about until you get the notice of the f2f (and probably not then either) just forget about it for now.

It wil be the Helath Assessment Advisory Service that you'll need to ring. Number here. https://www.chdauk.co.uk/contact-usYes face to face assessments have been suspended for now and there's no information about when they are likely to start again. As you did have a telephone assessment i can only guess that they couldn't get all the information they need from that and a face to face assessment is now needed, i've heard of this happening to a few people. Is this the first assessment or are you already in a group?

I was on ESA until I started work almost 18 months ago, now I am on Universal Credit but get the limited capability for work extra part of it, this is first assessment they have given me on the UC side of things.0
