    I can prove the influence as i recorded her screaming at my mum  and threatening her.

    We're talking about a hypothetical Will she makes in the future which cuts you and other siblings out, so your sibling screaming at her mum at some point in the past is not proof of anything. Threatening her with immediate violence if she doesn't sign would invalidate a Will, verbal abuse in the past would not.
    People leave money to people who are horrible to them all the time and the courts do not get involved. Blood is thicker than water and all that.
    I dont know what LPOA is and i highly doubt one is in place and if there is we will not be told about it as the other 2 siblings do not want to disclose anything to us
    Why can't she make a Lasting Power of Attorney with you (and other siblings) as her Attorneys? Genuine question. It would seem to be more in her interests than leaving A and B to do whatever they like.
