Hi
just wondered if anyone could shed some light
I’ve had a hen party canx due to corona-venue is refusing to pay back the money I gave, which is about £100 as I’m not the lead name, and the lead name has to go through travel insurance and she’s the only one covered

The lead should have covered the trip under a group travel policy. To ensure everyones money was protected.0

As above. If you gave the money to the lead name and she booked the whole group, then you have no contract with the venue, so no refund. No free lunch, and no free laptop
