How to apply for easyjet voucher

I had some Easyjet flights to Spain booked for September. Since quarantine rules have been reimposed for returns from Spain I understand that Easyjet will let you change flights or issue a voucher. on the website under manage flights  I can see how to change flights but not how to request a voucher. Has anyone done this successfully can you tell me how?

Vouchers are issued for cancelled flights only. If the flight is still operating your option is to rebook

EJ state that flights can be re-booked and if price of new boking is higher you will be charged. I cannot find confirmation that if new flight is cheaper they will REFUND.??

If your existing flight has not been cancelled then "No credit is given if the new fare is lower":
