No show letter from Ryanair

It seems getting a no show letter to be able to claim flights to and from Spain via the insurance company is near on impossible. 
The automated Web chat doesn't recognise it, you can't live chat with anyone, they are not responding to emails and the phone lines are busy.... 
Has anyone been successful since the FCO announcement on 25th July?
Or have any tips on how to get a no show letter from Ryanair?

It looks like the 3 ways of contact you have tried are the options - maybe keep trying with the phone if the others are not working

Hi, after a couple of failed attempts and long wait, I got hold of someone on the live chat. Submitted a request for the letter immediately, told to wait 5-7 days so fingers crossed. No mention of charge yet, but I also saw the comment on their pricing saying its £17.

I don't believe there is a charge for the letter
their fees show a £17 charge for "Government Tax Refund Administration Fee" (the fee is usually more than the tax - APD is £13!)
