A farmer I know has found a website which uses their address to sell tractors. https://cheswardine-machines.co.uk/
They are just farmers and don't deal in machinery.
They have spoken to 'the police' as well as go-daddy without much success.
They just don't want someone knocking at their door demanding the Massey Ferguson they have just paid for and not received!
Is there much else they can do?

I wonder if HMRC would be interested if they are claiming to be trading from a fake address?

So are the pictures/mail addresses/Phone no's genuine or diverting to elsewhere ?
I'd have expected their local constabulary to have a rural/farming specialist who, given the specifics of the machinery advertised, may show more interest than someone on the end of a phone line0 -

Postal address and VAT number belong to the farmer. Phone numbers don't belong to farmer.I suspect that the tractors are just a 'face' and that they promise to deliver upon payment then disappear.😤
