So got a voucher from Ryanair for a cancelled flight in April, and used it towards purchasing some flights to Spain in August what I paid on my card I am processing a chargeback claim, but any ideas what I can do about the voucher?

If the August flight has been cancelled, then you should ask Ryanair for a refund, or another voucher...your card provider will not refund the voucher value, as that was no part of their transaction with Ryanair. No free lunch, and no free laptop

iF th flight has not ben cancelled a chargeback will fail as thee service has been provided.
Your only claim would be your travel insurance if your policy covers for FCO advice not to travel.0
