    I tried to open an account with the NS&I income bonds, it would not let Me because I have had an account with them in the past and I could not remember My NS&I number. It must be about 30 years since I last had an account with them ! I had to send for a form to fill in for them to trace My account number I sent it back 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for a reply.
    My wife opened an account without much trouble but found that the website is not very user friendly.
