Travel insurance

Hello,
can anyone advise me the best way to get insurance for myself. I'm shortly moving to Brussels to work but, as most of the travel insurance policies state that you must be a UK resident, I assume I won't be covered. Does anyone know the best way to proceed please. Obviously, once I'm established in Belgium, I'll be able to take out travel insurance but I'd like to be covered in the interim between moving out there and getting settled.
Thanks in advance !
