Creation financial services

Options
My first ever post.
Creation financial services,  used to run the Asda cash back card. I had this for many years finding it great, cash back in voucher form to re spend at the store ( work for Asda).
Then Asda closed the account, and Creation, still offered cash back so great I thought. However during lockdown 2 transactions stating Office London have appeared on my account. Total amount £490, date on statement shown is a day I was at work, ( Not London). No reply to secure message system on card app, no pick of phone ( nearly 2 weeks of calls), no response to email. I have even contacted Mastercard direct, to see if they could raise a response ( nothing). Found freeze card on app which I have done. Really could do we some advice.

You haven't bought any shoes online or in a store have you as there is a shoe company called Office London?

Whenever I've bought shoes from there stores or online it shows as Office London on my statement, if you haven't then you need to give them a call and sadly wait for someone to answer to raise these as disputed transactions.
Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both.

I think when they saw @dr_adidas01's post, realisation dawned. :)
I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.
