It says COUNTY COURT JUDGMENT which means there was a court case and you lost.
What do you know about that ???5 -
What was the date of the CCJ?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

So yo ugot a claim form and ignored it? That was stupid.
Your credit is now screwed for a further 5 years. Your only way out is to get PE to agree to a set aside by consent. You will have to pay them in full (DONT DO IT YET!) and pay £100 to the court for the application. While we've never seen a court refuse to set aside with consent, you may be the first, but its your only hope now.4 -
Email:
enforcement@parkingeye.co.uk
and quote the Claim number and CCJ date and ask what their terms are for consenting to set aside the CCJ.
If you didnt receive the claim because it went to an old address, tell them that as well because that's a good reason not to have defended. If a claim did arrive and you ignored it, I think you need words with that bloke down the pub who told you that's what to do!
It could probably have been cancelled within days of you receiving the PCN, had you come here and tried 'PLAN A' (see Newbies thread). Too late for that now but retailers can always cancel these straight away but not after a court claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
