seller refunded before I sent item back

I have recently bought an expensive and bulky item which was described as "new" but turned out to be used with some parts missing. Seller said that he was selling for a family member and it was clear he hasn't checked it himself. I have had to open an Item Not As Described case and the seller eventually agreed to refund in full. I've got two emails first telling me that the seller accepted the refund and I need to send the item back using the label provided and a few minutes later another one telling me that I have received full refund. It appears I cannot find a postage label on the return case page. I am trying to figure out what should I do now? I am willing to sent the item back and I have no use for it, but I am not happy to pay for postage myself as it is over £10.

Message the seller and ask them to either provide a returns label or arrange to have the item collected?0

I am afraid the seller is not very open to conversation at the moment. I think he bitterly refunded only to avoid negative feedback.Message the seller and ask them to either provide a returns label or arrange to have the item collected?

I would still message the seller about it. That way the ball firmly back in his court and it's up to him to arrange for the return of the item. Issuing a refund does not automatically avoid negative feedback if warranted.0

I did a return recently and had two emails within 1 minute, the second contained the returns label.
Do you have an attachment on your first email containing the label?1 -
Will probably be a Royal Mail label with a 2kg limit.
The transaction is refunded so as far as eBay are concerned it's done and dusted, if the seller would like the item back they'll need to communicate with you.In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -

2kg won't do I am afraid. It is over 5kg...Will probably be a Royal Mail label with a 2kg limit.

I would ask the seller to organise a label for you as suggested but also give him a timescale (10 days, say) after which you will dispose of it. You don't mant this hanging on indefinitely or worse still a label arriving weeks after you've thrown the item away.
