Soul circus festival- now not a festival

In January a friend of mine and me bought tickets for a wellness festival called ‘Soul Circus’ in Cotswolds for £175. The organisers offered to roll our tickets to 2021 however we have other commitments so declined. The festival is set to take place on the weekend of the 21st August 2020 however the organisers have said it is now not a festival. They have changed the venue & I’ve been told 20 people will attend this ‘series of events’ in Cheltenham. My gripe is... one, how can this company still go ahead with such an event despite government & WHO advising against all mass gatherings, and secondly we paid £175 for a festival experience which we are now not getting. It seems the organisers have built a pop up outdoor yoga event in Cheltenham which is where us ticket holders will be invited to attend (masking itself as the Soul Circus festival)...slightly irritating as this same pop up advertises ‘free admission’ on Fbook, but we’ve essentially paid £175! The organisers refuse to give us a refund despite us asking.
