TSB Internet Banking not working this morning?

I've been unable to log in to TSB Internet Banking this morning. When I try, it looks like this:

Is it just me/my ISP, or a general problem?

@blue.peter, I get the same as you with the number 9210358, which clearly is not my user number. I do not however get the reCAPTCHA box and logo.

It therefore is TSB, and not just you. And by the way, the TSB app is working fine this morning.

PS. The above relates to my iPad. I have now also checked on my laptop and get exactly the same as you, including the reCAPTCHA bit.

Later: It's now working, but I was required to set up some security questions before I could get in.

I had exactly the same experience: complete failure on Firefox but managed to log in using Chrome.

Do you think we can get any compo?

Not exactly the same - I had the problem on both Firefox and Chrome.

No. I'm not even going to try. It's not worth the effort. It was only a couple of hours or so loss of access for me and, as was pointed out above, the phone app was still working.

I logged in yesterday with no problem, except completing the three stupid security questions. I say stupid because so many of the options don't apply and/or are easily researched, ok, you could lie, but then will you remember your fake answers if you actually need to use them.

Also "In which city did your parents meet?" sounds rather American to me. My parents met in a village.

When did TSB's web-site last work without problems. Many, many years ago. ...

Incidentally, is it only here that emails from TSB turn up with the message body displayed as a jumble of overlapping characters in about 50 times the point size intended?
