Company take over redundancy

My daughter is on furlough during this time the company was taken over now the new employer is making her redundant how does she stand with redundancy payment as she hasn’t worked for new employer. She had worked 3 years with previous employer.

She should be able to treat her period of employment with the previous employer as continuous with the employment by the new employer, so should be entitled to redundancy based on three years' service (TUPE rules).2
