Hello, I have had emails from lastminute.com confirming my refund for flights cancelled in April. However, it keeps saying something has gone wrong and to try again later when I try and sign in to give my bank details. I can’t seem to get hold of them at all on social media or by telephone. Does anyone have any knowledge of a number I could use to speak to them? Thank you!

It's probably a delaying tactic.
Why didn't you go for a chargeback when they failed to cough in 7 Days ?0
