Has anyone bought a Tylko storage / shelving solution? Would you recommend?

Options
Hi,
I'm looking to get some shelving and possibly a media unit made for my lounge. Got a huge quite at hulsta and looking for other options. Tylko looks good for the shelving I need. Has anyone got experiences of ordering from them? What was your experience? Would you recommend?

Alternatively - if anyone has recommendations for alternative suppliers I'd be keen to know.

Thanks

I've been sorely tempted and have had samples.  Plywood is very strong, so I don't think there is any quality issue but I think I can get what I want to fit the wall, perfectly bespoke, for similar money with a carpenter and so that is going to be my choice.

Purchasing ply and any type of veneer you want is a relatively simple thing.  James Latham sell any type of veneer you can imagine.

I had a quick look at them when I wanted shelves for an alcove, 120cm wide came to over £800!  For that price I could get a bespoke unit in solid wood. The Eket range from Ikea looks quite versatile and comes in a range of colours.

A friend bought one recently after moving into a flat. She has lots of book of various size and Tylko allows her to design the storage size and maximise the space. Her Tylko was floor to ceiling, came with customised instruction. I was there to help with assembling and it was pretty easy. We had to called in a neighbough to help lifting the whole thing up as it was VERY heavy. It looks really nice, strong and sturdy, the quality is way better than IKEA Billy, Eket and Kallax that I've owned before. It cost her just over 1K which I think it's really expansive but she was very happy with it.

If you like the designs IKEA Hemnes and Havista are solid wood other than the back panels (I think) and look and feel extremely solid.
