Barclays - Bounce Back Loan

We are about to lose our non-profit CIC business in the next few days.  Thankfully we do not take wages or have any paid staff yet, we are all voluntary. 
We have been trading for over 12 months, we are on Companies House dated 17th June 2019 and have 12+ months worth of accounts, however we are met with:

"Your business isn't eligible under government rules

Our records show that your business wasn't established before March 2020. This means it doesn't meet the government's eligibility criteria for the Bounce Back Loan scheme. If you think our records aren't correct, and you can show us that your business was established before 1 March 2020, fill in this form and we'll call you. We're dealing with a high number of calls and requests at the moment - we'll call you as soon as we can, and we're sorry if you have to wait a while to talk to us."

We have filled in that form, we have left a complaint and have also left a message on their Live Chat service.  It is very urgent we are helped within the next few days.

Does anyone know how long it takes for Barclays to respond to this error?
