Partial refund from Opodo - what next?

My wife booked flights through Opodo. Neither of us will be doing this ever again. Comms have been appalling even given covid. All the flights were cancelled due to covid.
Eventually we had the option to request a refund against the booking on their website. Waited a few more months and eventually had confirmation of, and then received, a refund. However, it was only a partial refund - it seems for one set of flights (WizzAir) though minus £10.15 for some reason.
But a refund for the 2nd set of flights (Aeroflot) for £230 odd is nowhere to be seen.
There has been practically no communication from Opodo as to what is going on and contacting them has proven next to impossible in the past. I have just tweeted them again but they ignored me last time.

Any recommendations as to what to do next? It is credit credit company and travel insurance next, I suppose?
