I joined Mango book club in October. My introductory books, despite frequent phone calls, did not arrive until January. They then accidentally closed my account, sent me someone else's order and finally lost my order. I am currently waiting for them to send me out a non-delivery form for the lost order so that I can then have the pleasure of going through the whole process again. I have emailed my complaint and received the usual standard reply. I am fit to be tied with this company!
