Coronavirus Insurance for a B&B in Wales

We were wondering if it is possible to get insurance just in case there is another lockdown in the UK and we cannot go to our B&B in Wales.

Can’t you just book a ‘cancellable’ rate?
I don’t believe such a policy exists, and if you’ve ever claimed off travel insurance there’s endless paperwork, faffing and ab excess to pay.
