Car insurance but bump in works vehicle

I had a bump in a works vehicle back last month and now I'm renewing my personal car insurance,do I have to notify my personal car insurance provider about it although it doesn't give you the option that it was in a works vehicle and covered under works insurance policy?????
Stuck on this 1, driving me nuts.
