Credit score 83% all CRA except equifax at 50%?

I’ve done all things “right”. Credit card since 2006  (aged 18) - paid in full and on time each month. On bills, on electoral roll. Use less than 25% for at least 10 years (with one or two holidays pushing individual cards to 50% once or twice - never over and still 25% of credit max.) overdraft not used for 10 years. No court things - never missed anything. Only 2 credit cards both with mainstream banks.

I have moved house a bit (phd student for a while - house shares - and would periodically return to parents) but that was over 5 years ago now and all agencies have my address history. I paid the bills and all on time (to supplier).

Sometimes small difference in address format - Eg Flat #, Road on electoral roll and Flat # (new line) Road for account. But again, this is on multiple agencies. different addresses and flitting back to parents mean that it’s difficult to follow address history but this is true for all agencies and they all have my current address correct.

I know the score is fake but I’m confused why just one is so mediocre . applying for a dip mortgage so concerned and only just found out.
