Trying to claim money back for unnused flight

I didn’t use my Ryanair flight on 2nd August To Tenerife due to FCO Advice. I’ve tried to contact Ryanair numerous times at high call costs on mobile and house phones with no luck whatsoever. My insurance will pay as I booked flights pre Covid but they need a no show letter from the airline. I cannot find the form to request this. Can you help at all.
I am also still waiting for a refund from them for flights they cancelled back in May.
Any advice would help as I seem to be reaching dead ends all the time.
Many thanks
