Hoseasons hell

Anyone else had problems contacting Hoseasons?
I filled in the form cancelling my holiday months ago (to incur no further costs)
since then I’ve had no verification from them for this.
I have tried to log in to my booking on their site which doesn’t work.  

Emailed with no reply. Messaged on Instagram and Facebook with no reply.  Messaged on twitter and they responded! Asking for more info which I replied. And nothing since!
I have spoken to my bank who have stopped any further payment being taken.
Im absolutely disgusted. 

I understand they have a lot of customers to respond to but 3 months is taking the p***!

If you've cancelled your booking what are your expecting from Hoseaons?

If you have tried to log onto 'my booking' and it doesn't work then looks like your holiday has been cancelled?   As everything is pretty much automated and no further money has been taken you shouldn't have anything to worry about?   As you say, too many people to deal with to get the personal touch.

Not sure if this helps...but am sure there was a comment on the UK holiday thread re Hoseasons and they phoned/contacted parent company Awaze.
