A few weeks ago we bought these LED candles from The Range - https://www.therange.co.uk/home-furnishings/candles-and-home-fragrances/flameless-candles/pack-of-3-silver-ombre-led-candles/#273936. However, they kept turning off intermittently, despite changing the type of batteries we were using, so we ended up returning them and got another set. Second set does the same thing and by chance tonight I have realised that they turn off when we use our Sky Q remote in any way. I’ve now Googled it and apparently it’s a thing but does anyone know if there is a way around this? The remote supplied with the candles is pretty basic so I’m not sure if there’s anything we can do to change the settings?

Block the sensor for the LED lights or turn the sensor away from the area you use the sky remote.
Seems they are on a close channel/frequency so little you can do unless they have options for another channel?
