EasyJet - enforced flight change

Booked flights with EasyJet last September 2019 for June 2020. Original flight as cancelled so moved to September 2020 which cost an additional £100. So far total charge £400.
September 2020 flights were cancelled so decided to give up this year and move flights to June 2021. Easily done, however the flights I moved to would only have been £270 rather than the £400 I’d already spent - would I be correct in expecting a refund of the difference from EasyJet as both changes were enforced rather than being my choice?
i have complained to them via their online method but god knows how long that is going to take. Their T&Cs suggest I’m not entitled to anything but that seems to be related to voluntary changes rather than enforced ones.
Anyone help so I can carry on chasing it or giving up?

ask for a refund for the cancelled flights then book the flights you want0

Too late, already did the change, felt simpler at the time given how many adverse comments I’d seen about their refund policy. So far from offering free changes, EasyJet have basically forced a second change on me and charged me £130 for the privilege.....0
