Advice appreciated PPI after IVA

Options
Hi, I am looking for some advice. My wifes IVA finished 7 years ago and she was signed off. The company that managed the IVA in its final year or so recently asked her to complete some PPI forms they sent her. The PPI was paid to my wife's bank account (which we haven't touched) at the start of this year and the company have now asked for it all to be sent to them to be divided out to the firms she owed money to during her IVA. We have asked for a copy of the contract we completed at the start of the IVA which they have not sent as yet due to not being able to find it on record, we disposed of ours after the IVA was signed off. Does anybody know if this is correct procedure 7 years after the IVA has been signed off and if we do indeed have to send them all the PPI refund? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
