Dear Martin
i booked a holiday flight to Bali via Kuala Lumpa with STA Travel and they refused to give a full refund saying we had to wait 2 years for our vouchers to be turned into cash. So, we rebooked from April to end July and flights were again cancelled.

We tried to rebook (flights with Malaysia airlines to the value of 1649.24). Mt bank said they could get a refund of 989.54 and STA sent me an email saying I wasn’t entitled to the deposit(40 per cent) as I signed their agreement. Is this correct? Note the small print does say nonrefundable deposit.
