Expired driving license AND change of address
My DL has expired and I can see that you can renew this online. I can also see you can change your address online. However, neither option seem to allow you to make both updates at the same time. If I try to change my address it says I can't as the DL has expired and if I try to renew my license it will only renew with my old address. Is there a way to do both at once online or do I have to revert to the good old fashioned way of picking up a form from the post office?

I think allowing you to do both online would be wide open to fraud.

But, since it's a remarkable coincidence that you've only just moved at the same time as your photocard is up for renewal, you've surely got post forwarding in place for a while, right...?
