Help-laptop screen broken after 9 months, Comet won't repair it!

We use Fujitsu laptops at work & they are so flimsy it's beyond belief. I've had to have the screen replaced FOUR times & most of the people in my office have had the same problems. You really don't need to do anything to break these, they virtually break just by looking at them.0

Hi just wanted to add my bit comet are notorious for not wanting to help . I had a washing machine faliure which i knew could not have been me as it was the main computer . I paid an engineer £20 to diagnose and then gave them written hell . I had paid £500 for a speacialist machine and 13mths wasn't good enough. I handwashed for over a month for 7 of us and didn't give in. Finally they sent some one out and he had the replacement parts in the van once he had checked that it was not my fault. It did however take a few letters/calls, threat of court under consumer laws and 8 weeks . My advice is find out as much info as you can about your machine and keep on at them . Oh and as I have go else where in future because they are a nightmare to deal with.£2008 in 2008 club member no 390
