I will be travelling with Ryanair to Corfu and I know I have to fill out a PLF form. It say one PLF should be submitted per family, could our son who is over 18 be added to ours? If not should he get his own one to be on the safe side?

There are hundreds od threads about the PLF on the Greece board of Tripadvisor.Drive4it said:After speaking to Hellenic Travel Board in Athens submit one for each person incase of issues with uk airlines
TUI were insisting on one PLF per adult - even though the official website states:The Passenger Locator Form (PLF) is a key element in the planning. All travelers must complete their PLF until the day before entering the country, providing detailed information on their point of departure, the duration of previous stays in other countries, and the address of their stay while in Greece. In case of multiple stays, they are required to provide the address for the first 24 hours at least. One PLF should be submitted per family. Then TUI wised up and came into line with the official Greece requirements. Then TUI sent out reminder emails to thousands of customers saying 1 PLF per person. You really couldn't make it up. (well, I guess the Monty Python team could).2 -
When filling out the form do you need to add your middle initial, as they say it’s optional?0

if you have one I’d add it anyway1 -
Just read the same question on the Greece/Corfu board on Tripadvisor.Apparently it was an airline (Wizzair) who denied boarding to someone who had a middle initial but didn't put it on the PLF.The person asking the question amended the PLF.1

I logged in a added my middle initial, however I cannot add my wife middle initial who is on my form. I believe when I originally filled out the form they only asked for first name and surname.0

Be very very careful.
if your son is over 18 I strongly believe he needs his own form. There was an item in this very subject on one of the consumer programmes on radio 4 ( I think it was this one https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m000lg46)1 -
That is probably not a bad idea. Better to have an individual form even if it's not required than to be on a family one and be told at the airport that it isn't acceptable. There are more and more reports of people being refused boarding at UK airports due to incorrectly completed forms.

In Corfu, no problem with the PLF forms, Ryanair good, also easy when I landed. 1 form for a adult family of three.2
