Oliver Sweeney Returns Problems

I purchased shoes from Oliver Sweeney online and received a different pair to those I ordered. I noticed the prepaid returns label was not enclosed so used their website to print another returns label and returned the shoes. Tracked them and it says they are no longer accepting deliveries and will be returned to me. Now they say they have put the retail stores into administration but the online business will continue. It would seem they are trying to avoid refunding online orders and are sending the wrong product as someone else has written online that they have received the wrong product and are having trouble sorting it out. They are still promoting on their website free returns etc. if they are deliberately refusing returns while claiming free returns etc. this seems awful.

Raise a dispute with PayPal then and ultimately provide evidence that they have refused delivery of your return.0
